I’m married and a mother of 3 amazing littles. I’m a Tucson native, although I did spend most of my childhood in Northern Virginia. I’m the oldest of 4 siblings and I’m very close with my family, especially the women in my family, my mom, my aunt (who’s also like a best friend) and my grandma. Through my family and this work, I learn more about myself and motherhood and womanhood everyday.

As your dedicated birth doula, I’m here to help you prioritize your personal birth plan and offer nonjudgmental, compassionate support throughout your individualized birthing experience. I believe that every mother deserves to feel empowered, supported, and respected during this transformative time. My role is to provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support, helping you feel confident and in control during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery and experience

Whether you are a first-time mother or preparing for your next child, I am here to guide and support you in making your birth experience as positive and fulfilling as possible.
