Meet Chrissi (left) I’m married and a mother of 3 amazing littles. I’m a Tucson native, although I did spend most of my childhood in Northern Virginia. I’m the oldest of 4 siblings and I’m very close with my family, especially the women in my family, my mom, my aunt (who’s also like a best friend) and my grandma. Through my family and this work, I learn more about myself, motherhood and womanhood everyday.

Meet Amanda (right) She’s a mother to two and a grandmother to 3 children! She has over 20+ years in the medical field, bringing an extra level of confidence to her birth support in navigating the medical systems and dynamics of nurse and provider relationships. She’s passionate about helping families understand their options and trusts that each family knows what is best for them! She’ll hear your perspective and empower you to trust the balance of information and your intuition.

How we can support you

When you decide to work with us, you are hiring one of us to be your primary doula! We work together to back each other up as needed. As your dedicated birth doula, we are here to help you prioritize your personal birth plan and offer nonjudgmental, compassionate support throughout your individualized birthing experience. We believe that every mother deserves to feel empowered, supported, and respected during this transformative time. My role is to provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support, helping you feel confident and in control during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery and experience.

Whether you are a first-time mother or preparing for your next child, I am here to guide and support you in making your birth experience as positive and fulfilling as possible.
